Entire rework on TEPL!

The Rework

I completely am rebuilding TEPL, from bottom to top. The main reason was because the library PLY wasn't helping much anymore as before so I needed to make changes. I am so sorry for this rework but it for the good of the community and for TEPL. V1.00.0 will now be underway within a month or so. So get ready for updates to come!
